User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ChipChip or have the consent of a legal guardian. By registering or using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to register and provide personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
Orders and Payments
- Orders placed on the platform are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices and product details are displayed clearly and are subject to change.
- We accept various payment methods, including mobile money and card payments.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise stated.
Delivery and Fulfillment
We offer multiple delivery options, including last-mile delivery, pickup points, and group leader handoff. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout, but may vary based on factors beyond our control.
If a group order does not reach the required number of participants, it may be canceled and refunded.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel an order before it is accepted by the provider. Refunds are processed for cancellations made within the eligible timeframe. Group orders that are not fulfilled due to insufficient participation will be canceled and refunded automatically.
User Responsibilities
- You agree to use the platform lawfully and ethically.
- You shall not post or transmit any content that is abusive, defamatory, or harmful.
- Misuse of discount codes, referral systems, or group order features is prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Avenir Technologies PLC or its partners and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
ChipChip is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from:
- Delays or failures in order fulfillment due to external factors
- User misuse of the platform
- Issues with third-party services beyond our control
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
Third-Party Services
We may integrate with or link to services provided by third parties (e.g., payment gateways, delivery partners). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms, and ChipChip is not responsible for their actions.
Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our platform implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising will be resolved through arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
